Talking Photo Albums consist of 20 pages in a 'flip style' Album. Each page can hold a single 5 x 7" image. A message can be recorded for each page using the built-in microphone. Total recording time is 100 minutes - meaning an average of 5 minutes per page. Each page can be played individually.
Voice recordings are stored on the removable SD Card which means you can transfer your recordings to a PC.
This huge photo album can hold up to 24 A3 images or photographs. 24 numbered buttons are used to record and playback messages of up to 10 seconds for each page in the album.
Instant dial selector makes selecting functions easier and quicker. Ideal for helping your child use their hands effectively and develop good reflexes.
Children have enjoyed combining the photographs they take with other resources availble. For example children printed photographs, and put them on talking postcards to take home to show parents. This proved to be a great way to get parents involved.
Soft, washable, friendly brown bear that children will love to photograph in any number of settings both at home and in school. Develop aspects of CLL and home/school liaison by letting the photographs prompt the children to talk about their home at school, and their school at home. Let Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Foundation Stage children in your setting teach you about their communities through the bear, the camera, the photos and the Talking photo albums.
These are blank A5 sized cards that can be decorated or have art or photographs attached, along with a short re-recordable message.
This is a revolutionary technology which brings multiple languages, sounds, songs and interactivity to the printed page!
This is a fantastic new way to enhance literacy skills. When the pen touches a poster or a book that is pen-enabled, it speaks. The pen detects soundspots on any page in a book or on any graphics on the poster and plays back narrations, questions, answers, quizzes, music or sound effects - whatever audio has been pre-programmed into the paper. The RecorderPEN lets you make, save and playback recordings at the touch of a page.
By touching 'sound spots' on books and charts with RecorderPEN, children and teachers can access pre-recorded narrations in languages of their choice (over 20 languages, including Polish, Somali, Sylheti etc). One pen can be used again and again on books, charts and cards, simply by downloading new language files from our website.
RecorderPEN supports a whole range of learning styles, as the kinaesthetic aspect of physical exploration of the page complements strong aural and visual elements. The pen can store hours and hours of audio content, and the gaming function allows for quizes, puzzles and activities to extend the enjoyment of reading. The RecorderPEN also allows children to record their own voices and save them onto every page of our newest books, improving their speaking and storytelling skills. Parents and teachers can use the new pen to make recordings for children.
RecorderPEN has won a Practical Pre-School Gold Award.
Enjoy a unique interactive experience with TalkingPEN books. Listen to familiar stories come alive with words, sounds and music. Hear the story read aloud in English and other languages. You and children can record themselves, then save and playback page by page with RecorderPEN. Ideal for the early stages of phonics.

This beautifully illustrated resource is packed with sounds, songs and games, all designed to support practitioners and parents in their understanding and delivery of Phase 1 of the Government’s phonics guidance. The RecorderPEN gives instant access to a huge range of sounds; children will love exploring the charts and cards, while developing their sound discrimination skills. Children are encouraged to make their own recordings, listening to phoneme sounds and then recording their own versions.
It is suitable for any child learning the essentials of sound discrimination; the technology is appealing to children of all ages and abilities, perfect for children with SEN.
Included in the pack are charts, game boards, flashcards, a set of recordable labels and a frog puppet.
