Competition Rules
On entering our competition you are automatically agreeing to the following rules and conditions.
Rules of Entry
1. Only one entry per person.
2. Your entry must be received by the 1st Ausgust 2009. Those not received by this deadline will be disqualified. We cannot return entries after the competition has finished.
3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or not received for any reason.
4. The winners will be the entrants who are judged to have created the best story in each category in the opinion of the judging panel.
5. The panel of judges for the competition will be appointed by the GRTAS Leeds.
6. The judges’ decision will be final. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or e-mail.
7. Winners in all categories will be available on the grtleeds website www.grtleeds.co.uk shortly after the judging has finished.
8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as GRTAS or GRTHM may require.
9. The prize will not be transferable to another person. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
10. This competition is being run by GRTAS as part of the Gypsy Roma Traveller History Month 2009.
11. Any personal information collected will not be used for any purposes other than specifically competition purposes and will not be disclosed to anyone else. The winners’ names will be published on the GRTAS and GRTHM websites after the closing date of the competition.
12. GRTAS reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the GRTAS website www.grtleeds.co.uk
13. By entering this competition, applicants agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
